I eat regular food. Lean protein and veggies, sometimes fruit, nuts, soup.

A whey protein shake, water, coffee. If DW is home then she makes protein smoothies with whey protein, fruit, and yogurt.

Sausage, egg, cheese and rice breakfast wraps most of the time. I make up a whole bunch of them ahead of time and freeze them so we can just grab and go. Nuke them at work. If not that then a bagel or bowl of cereal, but I'm usually hungry later if I go that route.

Nothing. I know, bad person! I'm not a morning person, and I generally get nauseous if I try to eat something before I go to work.

Small banana, shredded wheat with milk, sometimes a slice of Tuscan melon, glass of water.
Sunday mornings we have scrambled eggs and a small sweet roll with our fruit.
DH drinks 2 cups coffee also.
When I had to dine on the run .... a banana, toast, a slice of cheese makes a good breakfast. Compliments of WW

I try to have mostly protein. Cottage cheese and a fruit, greek yogurt and a fruit, etc.
Sometimes I'll do grits or oatmeal. If it's on the run, it's a muffin and a protein.

Lately 1 tbsp. of peanut butter on a slice of reduced-calorie wheat bread plus a cup of light yogurt. It's actually pretty yummy.

Usually nothing... If I do have anything, it will be a Coca-Cola (or Coke Zero) and some nominal carb (a donut, goldfish crackers, a biscuit, M&Ms, etc)..

Usually plain Greek yogurt, fruit, a little soy or plain milk, and a little cereal to top off. Coffee.
Sometimes cereal, fruit milk. On Sundays we'll usually do a couple of eggs.

Lunch. I don't get up until noon (major night owl) and I can't eat until I'm awake for a few hours like msventoux but I do have a huge coffee loaded with cream, sugar, honey and cinnamon. I like to snack on fresh fruit, yogurt or I scramble eggs and have that with sliced avocado and tomatoes. Or I just have my coffee and then have a huge lunch at about 3:00 p.m.

I'm not a breakfast eater as I'm jus not hungry until I'm up for a few hours. Coffee is a must
But since my metabolism is hitting the skids I am forcing myself to eat. Typically I will have a protein shake or some kind of protein left over from the night before. I'm low-carbing so no breads/cereals for me

I prefer to be up a while before eating too, but by the time I get into work at 7:30 in the morning I've been up for two hours and ready to eat. I bring my wrap to throw in the microwave and eat at my desk.

Right now I am drinking a fruit smoothie. This one is made with frozen strawberries, blueberries & raspberries. I add in 1/2C low fat cottage cheese and some Crystal Light drink, then blend it in my new Ninja. I missed one thing, today I added some ground flax seed.

Fruit and vegetable smoothie with protein powder. I drink that at about 7:15, right after my workout.
A couple of hours later, about 9:30-10, I'll have whole grain cereal with nuts and fruit and some fat-free milk, or a PB&J (or honey) on whole grain bread. I don't each lunch until about 1.

Half a bagel, some strawberries, and a boiled egg.
Every other day I make pancakes, french toast, sausage eggs and toast, or cream of wheat for the family.

Plain oatmeal, banana, toast and milk. This is pretty close to my breakfast. I add chocolate chips to my oatmeal, and also have a cup of green tea in addition to the rest. I have to eat as soon as I get up, I'm usually hungry as soon as I wake up. If we have an extra large meal the night before, my DH often claims that he is still full when he wakes up. I'm the reverse - I'm even more ravenous the next morning.

I make myself sick trying to force it. Which reminds me I should eat my yogurt. If I skip the coffee I'm hungry by like 7:30 or 8 but that's not happening. I'm up at 530 and out the door at 6. I'm at work by 7. It's kind of hard to eat yogurt while driving.

Two slices of turkey bacon, scrambled egg, piece of wheat toast and two cups of milk.
With the kiddo now, sometimes I just have Greek yogurt or mini wheats because she keeps me too busy.

This morning I sliced half an avocado and topped it with a poached egg and salsa. I think I'll try it again tomorrow using a piece of lettuce to make a breakfast wrap.

It seems only the relatively healthy eaters responded. I eat cereal, and save the protein until my 10:00 snack. If I'm lucky I might find something chocolate before I have to interact with other people.

Coffee. That's it. I barely have time to get moving as it is, making/grabbing breakfast is just beyond me most mornings. And I obviously don't care enough or I'd prepare something the night before.

I'm up by 5am. At 8am, I eat yogurt with granola cereal. I've had a glass of grape juice before I leave the house in the morning.
