Well, that's capitalism for ya.
Your employer doesn't like the job you're doing, they can fire you.
I suppose all the pro-hunting advocates who also use L'Oreal products can stage a boycott, if they want to show their displeasure.

I think Paul's point was that she wasn't hot enough to hire as a model in the first place.

I smiled when I saw blood and bits spray from the exit wound when I shot my last deer. I was thinking about backstrip chunks barbecued on the grill.

No one wants to be spitting seeds at the picnic table. Unless it's watermelon of course !

So according to PBP 'Liberals' don't hunt, correct?
Not looking at facebook- but why did she catch hell- was it because she said:
"Hunting is not a matter of life or death. It's much more important than that..this was about 1 year ago...ready to hunt Americans today haha."
What was the whole quote? What is offensive about the picture? Not getting it.

For the record there are a few POS types of hunter out there- those whose only purpose is to obtain a head to mount, poachers, and Ted Nugent.

What do you even get from killing a rare animal like this? There is just no need. ..and No she isn't worth it.

Is this "joke" ....meant to discredit my valid opinion, Paul?
The animal in the OP is an Oryx.....not a long extinct triceratops. Do you really think I don't know the difference between fact and fantasy?
I'm just wondering at the mentally of someone who gets their rocks off by shooting a rare species.
I'm sure they can find another bimbo to advertise their shampoo.......Plenty of them around.

So, she's a "bimbo" now? She looks like a pretty young lady. And she hunts. So what? But if Loreal doesn't like that image, that's their choice.

"Bimbo" means empty headed....... Someone who kills a rare animal, just to see it die..... is an idiot.

Some African animals have been hunted to the point of extinction.
Rhinos.....They are killed and their horns removed to sell on the black market (Some morons believe that Rhino horn is an aphrodisiac) Elephants killed and their tusks removed because ivory still attracts a big price. Then there is the trophy hunters who just want to kill something and puts its head on their wall.
I want my kids to grow up in a World where there are lots of different animals. Leave endangered wildlife alone.

But there hunting is and can be a fine sport. hunting shouldn't be a 'sport'....how sporting is it to go up against an animal with a long range rifle and scope, etc.? if they want it to be 'sport' they should go after the animal with a knife and may be the best one win.

The word "Hunter" has some sort of romantic association from the days of the frontiersmen. Davy Crockett and Jim Bowie. People who trapped beavers for their fur. Shooting a deer to eat. Family members going to get a turkey for Christmas dinner.
However, Game hunting in Africa.....Just for self-aggrandizement... and so that those animals are driven to the point of extinction......is an abomination.

Hunting is a sport. Sorry you don't like but it I have no problem with it. ANd, the hunters I know care a great deal about the environment and the animals.

well you said they care a great deal about the environment and the animals which should translate into hunting not being a sport but rather a means for food, etc.

No one should ever kill a beautiful animal like that. They should be allowed to live a normal life in the wild and die by natural causes like getting mauled by lions and still trying to fight while getting eating from the inside out.

At least they are going down fighting instead of wondering, "What the hell?".
