I'm having leftovers. If I don't have any leftovers, I usually have a sandwich. If no sandwich stuff, a protein bar or burrito is good.

Now I want bacon. I need lunch suggestions. Well, it's not bacon cheesecake, , but I just had a Stonyfield French Vanilla yogurt with some fresh raspberries. Check back with me in an hour or so, though. That is when I realize that a small cup of yogurt with raspberries is a small snack and so not a lunch and then I reach for the really bad stuff (cookies, chips, leftovers, etc.). Shouldn't you do that the other way around? Leftovers with the yogurt for dessert? I generally bring leftovers but didn't have any today and I hate a sandwich (I may befriend them later but for now, ick) so I went and found something bad for me.

I had a sandwich. It was pretty good. It was on a toasty roll. But I left my tomato in the fridge over the weekend & it froze.

Men lose weight faster than women. Eight pounds for week 1 isn't that startling. I am more startled by Carl's 2 pounds. That doesn't sound like you had a good first week.

Men lose weight faster than women. Eight pounds for week 1 isn't that startling. I am more startled by Carl's 2 pounds. That doesn't sound like you had a good first week.
He's on the sex and chocolate cake diet. It doesn't have the quickest results, but it's by far the most pleasant way to loose weight.

The list included but was not limited to : - burgers, hotdog, corn, potatoes salad, chicken - 2 beers - 2 glass of wine - ice cream and cake So yeah... Past 4 days have been really bad.! Surprised I even lost 2 lbs/

Did you know that a leaf of lettuce makes a wonderful bun? And it has zero calories and sodium.
Remember, this is a lifestyle change. IF you must taste things ............. make it a TASTE (one small spoonful), and use fresh fruit for dessert and sweetening. Don't buy/make the cake and you won't eat it.

I am afraid to jinx it but since we started magic bullet stuff - we stopped and it turned me off so I do not crave FOOD anymore. We are having dinners that are like 4 times less amount than before the bullet and it seems like my body said to me: I will not crave food but please, do not put that crap into me anymore!!! And honestly I didn't think those mixes of kale, endive, apples, bananas, mango, berries were bad. I even liked it for about 3 weeks and now I just can't! I am on a break from it and my weight loss is 12lb for 40 days. Taking it sleeeeeeeew... And btw just received email that says that fat food is sugarless (like steak) and keeps you full long time when if you have an yogurt it makes you hungry next minute and you are already hungry and loaded with sugars. Few names were mentioned Andreas Eenfeldt www.dietdoctor.com/and Frederic Nystrom who says that eating fat food doesn't make you fat same as eating greens doesn't make you green.
