Power Rice S.O.U.P.
Organic Balsamic Vinegar from Italy: 240 ml
Sprouted Brown rice: 180 G
red Peppers : 4
Organic Garlic from the ranch: 4
Johnson Hot and Spicy Bratwurst( Cajun Style) : 538 G
Organic Olive Oil :30ml
Organic 1015 Texas Onion: 120 G
A:Let whole grain rice soak ad sprout for 48-72 hours: for diabetic nerve pain B: sauté the garlic, peppers, onion and Bratwurst in the olive oil C: add vinegar ( or/and wine) and rice with the remaining water (500ml) at end may add some mushrooms or greens( personal taste) I added some cheddar cheese but that is only one option... D:for crock pot:Cook all day and serve on the patio when it cools off: around 8P. serve with 2010 vintage Becker's Reserve Merlot! Just a thought, BiMetalAuPt
