news.yahoo.com/supreme-court-refuses-hear-florida-appeal-over-worker-194757530--finance.html WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Supreme Court on Monday declined to review an executive order issued by Florida Governor Rick Scott that had required all state employees take random drug tests. The high court's decision not to hear the case means a May 2013 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that found the governor's order to be too broad remains intact. Well DUH! It was Unconstitutional the day he issued it- old precedent. But enjoy paying that legal bill FL "State employees should have the right to work in a safe and drug free environment, just like in any other business," he said What a tool- but when you have a financial interest in drug testing clinics and a pissed off voter base that hates the government and the poor.........He lost this dumb idea from multiple directions. Please vote this tool out FL- you do not need a criminal running your state- as we call him at my work- the King of Medicare fraud.

there was a better reason to strike it down: it doesn't work. shocking tho it may seem, the middle class is actually the largest consumer of drugs.
it is not actually surprising at all, if you think about it for more than half a second with a mind uncluttered by groupthink.
