#1: half an apple half a lemon half a peeled cucumber 1/2 inch piece of peeled ginger as many fresh greens as you can stuff into the blender jar (I like parsley, lettuce, spinach, kale, watercress) just enough water to get the blender jar blades moving ice
#2: 1 cup coconut water 1/2 banana 2 big handfuls of kale a big handful (or 2) of frozen berries a scoop of green food powder ice if needed

I make oatmeal/chia seed smoothies. I like them because I can make them on Sunday to take to work M-Th, no ice, so they don't get watery. www.theyummylife.com/Oatmeal_SmoothiesI don't measure anything anymore, really. I tend to use orange juice or orange juice and milk for the liquid, and whatever fruit I have fresh or in the freezer.

#3 (my local juice bar calls this "the 800 lb gorilla")
1 c. water OR dairy milk OR milk alternative (soy/almond/rice/coconut etc) 1 heaping scoop of protein powder 2 heaping TBSP peanut butter 1 heaping TBSP raw cacao (raw chocolate) 1 small or 1/2 large banana frozen yogurt OR ice
If you use water as the base, finish with frozen yogurt. If you use milk as the base, finish with ice. It works either way.
