A Different Perspective on the "Deep State"

A friend posted a good video the other day, you can find it here.

Mr. Lofgren brought up some interesting points, without a doubt. However, there were more than a few red flags. The first being that the video has corporate sponsors. I always have to wonder about a "nonpartisan" production that is mostly directed at one person and has sponsors that people in the conspiracy community would consider as part of the "deep state".

The second large red flag that popped up was the clip of Eisenhower warning of the military industrial complex. Eisenhower rose to power first through his military career and second, as the first supreme commander of NATO.
One of the first things that Eisenhower did once he was in power, was depose the leader of Iran. He also oversaw the country during the period that is classified as the "red scare". I mean Mcarthyism?? Eisenhower used the NSA, which was set up by Truman, to spy on citizens. Back then if you were accused of being a pinko commie you were arrested and detained for severe questioning.. Now a days we have people who are openly communists, posting on their facebook page, twitter, ect. They're still walking around, free to do what they want.

Former GOP congressional analyst Mike Lofgren, is trying to claim that over the last 30 years corporations and the govt have essentially set up and old boys club that operates inside of the govt. First of all, if this guy thinks that corporations and the govt have only been in bed with each other for the last 20 years or so, I have a bridge to sell him. Washington and Jefferson, along with many of the founding fathers, were big businessmen. One of the big reasons for the revolution was the fact that all these big businessmen wanted to stop paying taxes to the crown. They wanted to setup a new world in which they could go about their business as they pleased. Oh, and unless you were a white male land owner, forget ever running for office because only those select few were even picked to run.

Which brings us into the next point, the 1960's. Living as a black person in the US, you weren't even considered to be a citizen until the 1960's!!!! Now, as much as I disagree with his policies, a black man is the president. What else happened in the 1960's.?.?. Oh yes that's right, the hippie generation and the rise of the welfare state. To try and claim that the food stamp issue that the US is currently facing started only 30 years ago is nothing but a bold face lie. For the past 40+ years people have been turning to the govt to solve their issues. So when the Mr. Lofgren claimed this isn't a natural evolution of things, I laughed. That is exactly what is going on right now. Right now we are seeing exactly how the welfare state has evolved, and the next thing we will see is how it will crumble.

The other big thing that jumped out at me was how he kept trying to sell the story that these guys in the "deep state" were only out to protect their interests and steal the common man's money. Now let's think about that for a second... First of all, poverty rates have dropped substantially over the last 100 years and the common person has luxuries in their home that people for thousands of years could only dream of. You think the common person had plumbing and electricity much before the last 50+ years? Look at the rest of the planet!

So now what about "their" interests... Well, that would be America, right? That's what Mr. Lofgren is saying, that "they own" America. So if this "deep state" is trying to protect their interests, aka America, and American people have had nothing but increasing freedoms and wealth over the last 100 years, who are they protecting "their" interests from??

Could it be that one of the founding principals of the Muslim Brotherhood was to attack the west through finance? Well there's that. There is also the fact that "after the cold war ended", the Russians also turned to finance to come after the west. But wait a minute... That would mean that this "deep state", by protecting "their" interests from external forces, would also be protecting the integrity of what the USA was intended for; which is of course to promote FREEDOM.

The point Mr.Lofgren makes that I agreed with is that people are becoming more aware. They are starting to look into things for themselves and they aren't so quick to just accept what the mainstream is putting out there. The fact of the matter is that this is EXACTLY what the "deep state" wants. They want everyone to be aware of the REAL WORLD. You know, the one on the outside of the US borders. The one in which dictators and oppressors still rule supreme.

The dictators of the world would love nothing more than this freedom that American citizens have spread around the globe to just go away. You know, so they can do things like cover up plane accidents and what not. Why am I confident that the "deep state" wants us aware? If they wanted to control us in the manner that the Mr. Lofgren is purposing, the military would have joined with the Soviets in the 1950's, declared marshal law, and taken control of everything at that point. They would not have let the civil rights movement blossom, and they would definitely not have let the INTERNET turn into a public forum.

The beauty of this country is that you're free to think what you want, now. What most people envision as America, 1790, is NOTHING like it really was. In fact, what is going on today in the US is actually closer to the constitutional values that the founding fathers set out than at any point in the history of the USA. EVERYONE is EQUAL under God.

The next few years are going to be one hell of an eye opener, I do believe.

Now for state of the future tech like Thorium cycle understructure power generation.  Now that is renewable power to understructure our finances.  DUK Energy is building the whole gambit of renewables.

Yes, there is a real economy being rebuilt in the USA right now, and its not coming out of the finicial capital of the world either. We are talking real products that aren't wizardry, we are talking about unlimited, you know that word, right? Infinite, or never ending...

Funny you bring up food, I was thinking about staring a thread about the current state of production and distribution.. Again, we plant it and it grows. We plant it and it grows... On and on, forever....

'Crop Waste': The Price of Perfection

The numbers reported by NRDC are astounding. For instance, from farm to fork, about 40 percent of all the food produced in the United States goes uneaten. That amounts to $165 billion of wasted food every year (a figure which, notably, is in the same ballpark as the annual cost of obesity). The reason for that AHB is that the window to get the crop from the field to market is so small for fresh produce, and weather is a major factor in it and the time it just takes to rot. The food industry is always looking at ways to preserve food longer and Hy-brids to keep produce fresher longer. It will take Years to perfect this but as time goes on it will improve.

While I was reading some news this morning I came across and interesting piece on the "deep state". Apparently Mark Gorton of Tower Research, a HFT firm, has been studying the Kennedy assassination for 6-7 years now. He has apparently become quite the expert on the "secret cabal" that has been running the "deep state" for 50 years. To the point that he is circulating documents internally warning his workers about these "operatives".

Now, Mr Gorton here rose to fame helping people steal movies and music. He was the founder of the Limewire file sharing service, and in the end, he lost a 100 million dollar law suit.(Sour grapes). As I mentioned, his new venture is a HFT firm. The same kind that has recently come under fire for essentially front running the smaller exchanges.(Sour grapes) To say that this guy is an honest business person is like saying rats don't carry disease.

Mr. Gorton claims that the cabal assassinated JFK so that they could take control of the United States. The thing I like the most about all these people that claim to have a great understanding of history, is the sheer amount of discrepancy in all their stories. Some claim these guys took control with the JFK assassination, others will claim that it has happened over the last 30 years, as Mr. Lofgren has claimed in the video that the OP is about. Further, some will even try to claim that the founding fathers were part of a secrecy cabal that has always been working against us common folk.(Many pseudo Christian sites claim this is satanic in nature, even though the Masons and the founders of the Illuminati were explicit with their belief in God and JC.)

However, there are a few common variables in these stories when you take a step back and analyze them all. The biggest common variable is that there is no real common facts among them(lies). They all ignore that since the founding of the US, human rights have progressed forward at rapid pace; especially since the 1960's. Not a single one of them will confront the issue that if a "secret cabal" is in power for control, they WOULD NOT have let the internet into the hands of the common person. And to top it off, they completely ignore the fact that there is a world of countries out there that want nothing more than to see the US destroyed, so they can carry on with their sadistic dictatorial ways!

Mr. Gorton even dives into 9/11 truther BS, claiming that other towers have been completely engulfed in flames and remained standing. This is apparently proof of an evil cabal conspiracy. Really? Other buildings that have caught on fire were first slammed with jumbo jets that would have the same impact as a small H-bomb?!?

It never ceases to amaze me how people that have it so good, can look at the political fiasco that is western politics and somehow draw the conclusions that these people are out to get us. Wall street, our political elite, business and bankers have all been in bed with each other since the get go. Us common people had nothing off the start. We have fought for our rights the entire time. That wealth that was fully concentrated at the top off the start, has tricked down through the economy and has now spread around the world. If at this point we give into the mass amounts of propaganda that comes from the commies and dictators of the world, all of our battles for the common good will be for not.

Have we done right by everyone, everywhere? Nope!

Should we stop trying to make this better and less corrupt! Nope!

Have we been suckered into supporting ideological fanatics because we considered them to be the lesser of two evils? Yep!

Have we made bad choices and meddled in other countries affairs in the name of democracy? Yep!

Do people, common people, from all over the world want to live exactly how us common people do here in the western world? HELL YA!!! Which is exactly why I know that what goes on here isn't evil and is, in fact, what is good for the common man. That one single variable is all it takes. The people of the world want what we got and they are fighting and pushing their leaders all over the world to get it! Look at the budding punk scene in Burma. Look at the Democracy movements in China and Malaysia. Look at the protest against Putin(before his iron fist came down) Look at how the women/minority's right movement has been sweeping the globe since in started in the west, a mere 50 years ago.

I don't know what all these nuts think life was like 100-10000+ years ago for the common man. But I can tell you that I am happy as hell that I get to raise my family in this day and age. The fact is I look forward to fighting for a better tomorrow for all of us global citizens.

For example, I’ve heard plenty of conspiracy theorists assert that the 2008 financial crisis was caused by the Federal Reserve/George Soros (Hi George!)/Hedge Funds/Academic-Economists-Who-Peddle-The-Efficient-Markets-Hypothesis, and “they” profited from it.

This implies “they” knew what “they” were doing. Pardon me, but I’ve met many of these protagonists—and in the case of academic economists, I’ve worked with them for 30 years. “They” don’t have a clue (except George). Even those that were actively conspiring—like many hedge funds during the subprime bubble were doing so on the basis of utterly deluded theories about how the system they were trying to game actually worked. Where apparent conspiracies did work, like Soros’s punt against the British Pound decades ago, they did so because a CSP (Clever Sinister Person) bet against the conventional wisdom of others who thought they understood the system (and did not), rather than because the CSP set up the whole thing in the first place.

 The article at the bottom of this post could be filed under the death of socialism, but I'm having too much fun tying threads together. As I have been saying for years, socialist propaganda has been trying to take down the American System the Freemasons started so many years ago.

As I have outlined above in this thread, this propaganda isn't coming from the US, it's coming from the parts of Europe - including British North America -  that have been supporting Communism since the beginning; of course. This is what I mean when I have stated over the years, after WW2 we(Americans) should have listened to the Saudis on the best way to proceed forward, not the Brits.

While this propaganda doesn't originate in the US, the "deep state" has been funding the political left in North America for years - especially Canada - and now, a certain political party in the US fully subscribes to the "plan."
