Spreading the word

I just came back from a MSN TV zone, didn't even know there was one, and left a message for a old friend, {we never ever agreed on anything} some remember her, Krickett, a permanently banned for life plus a day, the ultimate punishment, but for most here , a fun person.
Believe she said something nasty to a moderator privatly on E mail, which got her 12 Zaps in a row which as we all know is the fatal one similer to Lord Voldemorts {Harry Potters Lord ..}"Ala Ka..."oops don't want to say it may be fatal here.
Anyway, I left a message to her if she is interested in finding her way here and a little blurb there on what we are doing here and invited other who might be interested in checking us out, new blood is what i was thinking, to come on down.
So if lucky , we may see some new faces.
Would suggest if so , don't scare them off, they would be asking questions, be friendly, direct them to Moons opening statement, a short explanation and what ever ..don't scare the begeevees out ot them, { always wanted to use that word, begeevees..has a ring to it}
Possible you too might go to other such sites during the day, possible cut/past the URL from here , post a short message, doing a invite, unless you think the possible influx might be to much of ...we spread to many words out there Moon?
Any how, if some come, try to be nice you all.."Be Gentle" ..as I was told so many moons ago as I put my new Bride in front of me on my trusty steed to ride out into the sunset..if the one who told me only knew...to late, way to late.

Hey Dezi, might not be a bad idea to also post an invite at the games zone. Rumor has it those forums will also be history and there are still some nice posters posting and/or lurking there.

This board has grown amazingly fast - Over 600 strong - but I have a feeling in a year or so it will be over 2000 Refugees here and banned folks here. There was a lot of people that were ran out of town over at MSN and Tarred and Feathered. There's still some holdouts over at the MSN Market Talk board. They don't accept change well but I have been trying to encourage them over here. Diversity will be the key to long term success!

I am still banned there..LOL..always not the sweet soul I have become, and not in the mood to get an new Nic..though that isn't such a bad idea...so will consider it..when is MSN shutting down..Moon are we up for a large influx??
I have to say Moon, I am not a big one on banning and banning forever, However, there are folks who's only agenda is to disrupt, no other. At the games you get them were they will post %$%$## forever, stall games for a hour so opponents will quit for some points that mean nothing and at games we had the high school/grade school crowd who came in and posted the hard core porno..and they at the time were unable to get rid of, no computer ID banning...we had to go to corporate to clean it up, so just a heads up.
There will be some who will come but who even Dillinger would not want to be associated with..desruptors for the sake of desruption is their only agenda..you might want to communicate with the Moderators, especially with the more experienced as to how to handle that scenario if it poses itself here..hopefully not but ...

I just checked and d-z is still good over there Dezi. I know what you are saying about some of the riff-raff that used to frequent that forum, but believe they are now long gone. The folks at the 1000 Badge Thread and a few others are all good people and will probably need a new home soon and that is who I was thinking of.

Will go get a new Nic...I can't remeber my old password, I had so many Nic's over there skeeter..had them written down, possible I can find the paper with them..but it's a good idea.
I did get some comments on the board I went to find Krickett and some of the feelings of the posters there toward here, the past, are not of the highest..hard to disagree actually but tried to get across most are just fine people here, though I was surprised to see the turning onthe EE mods, no names need be mentioned. U guess many were chomping on the bit wanting to be let free, let go to do their thing..thought all were just mellow looking for peace and fun, kumbaya, not "The Devil made me do it", no heavy thoughts..seems there was the devil waiting right under the surface..LOL
