Will go with TWO (long) this week, Two Harbors Investment Corporation (REIT w/10% yield).  

Two Harbors Investment Corp. (Two Harbors) operates as a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is focused on investing in, financing and managing residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), residential mortgage loans, residential real properties, and other financial assets. The Company focuses on security selection and implements a relative value investment approach across various sectors within the residential mortgage market. uncle23 slipped a little late in the week but still held on for a big double digit gain and the win. runner-up architecto25 was also in double digits and tyfighter3 rallied to edge Disinfranchised Investor for third. Those four were the only players of eight beating the benchmark.

And then there was my nag, Costco, who disappointed.

And yet they are the darling of investment heads.........when compared to the also rans of the industry.
