So my town is supposedly getting a Ruler Foods grocery store, a subsidiary of Kroger, sometime this year. Does anyone have one of these? What's it like? Thanks!

We have a City Market, which is Kroger. So not sure if my feedback will be relevant....? I really like City Market. Out of Safeway, Albertson's and City Market, they are the least expensive, IMO. I have been watching grocery and HBA prices like a hawk for several years, and City Market is consistently less expensive than Wally World on a LOT of items. Most recently, for example, are floss threaders-floss especially designed for things like bridgework. City Market was $1+ less than WW. City Market comes out with a circular every Wednesday. They also have a value card. If you go online and set up your account, and include your mailing address, they mail coupons specific to your family's buying history. Sometimes these even include free items such as Jimmy Dean sausage rolls and Kraft salad dressing. More recently they started free Friday downloads. Every Friday they email a product you can download to your value card, and it's good for one purchase for a few weeks. Free things I can remember are a free box of Betty Crocker mac and cheese, Jeno's frozen pizza, Gatorade energy, etc.
