I just saw a Utube video of the Russian Choir singing the song -
We'ree up all night to get lucky, and loved it. I think many
people have preconceptions of Russia and don't fully understand the
Russian character, myself included.

That said, I think my copious movie watching habit has paid off
in framing the many Olypmic Performances I won't see except
via Utube or other videos.

Suggested background movies:

Salt: Angeline Jolie plays a spy planted in the US as a child
Burn Notice: American spy is burned by his own govt., i.e. given walking papers
by being cut off from all govt support without notice. His story over the seasons
has already ended. Can't think of any episodes or seasons off the top of my
head that helps with the acting Russian thing, however, this series shows the
verstitily of its cast having the main character play Russians, gun runners, and
other folks just to get by. Highly Recommended.

bOTH violent

There is also a great documentary on trying to get Ray Romano's sitcom
produced in Russia with a definte Russian flavor. The TV industry there is
still young, so wide open and extremely interesting. The commentaries/
bonus features are highly recommended as well. Young Russian Women are
stylish.
