1-22 Cardio Tennis 50 minutes, singles tennis 20 minutes How this counts in, unknown.
1-23 Rest day. Feels sooo good.
1-22 and 1-24, tennis.
No progress on OMRAD5k to 1-25.
1-29 - eye injury and will reduce jarring for about one week.

New month. 2-1 - Zumba - not really running 2-2 - 0 - OMRAD5K 2-3 - walk before yoga. 2-4 - 9 one-minute run weight/circuit and 3 min walk. 90 minutes of tennis doubles. 2-12 0 - OMRAD5K Tennis drill k/a. 2-15 AMT Precor 20 minutes. 2-17 10 minute walks 8 minutes runs 2-22 AMT tabata 6 one minute rounds. Circuit training 30 one minute rounds. 2-24 Walk, jog, run, dash routine. 7 walk 8 run.
