Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
The Kale Chips do not keep so make only what you plan on eating immediately.
1 bundle of Kale (not the cut up stuff) Spray Pam olive oil Seasoning salt*
Wash and dry the Kale. If the spine is very stiff, cut the leafs from it and dry them.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment of wax paper and arrange Kale leaves in single layer.
Spray the leaves with Pam and sprinkle seasoning salt on leaves.
Bake in oven about 10 minutes until crisp. Undercooked is limp. Overcooked is burned.
*various seasonings can be used for your own tastes.

kale chips. the only edit I'd make to your recipe is to spray olive oil rather than Pam. I just bought a Misto for my kitchen, but I used to use a non-aerosol travel bottle. works fine, far fewer chemicals being sprayed on such a healthy snack.
