Is this the same Martin Armstrong who spent somthing like 11 years in prison for civil contempt and conspiracy? The 'About' section (of Martin Armstrong) from your link makes no mention of legal problems so I am not sure if they are one and the same person.

Yes, Tenn, it's the same Martin Armstrong. And the reason we haven't heard much about it in this country is because American news audiences have repeatedly demonstrated that they're not interested in what happens in other countries.
