If it's synthetic marijuana, is it actually illegal? I thought we only put the actual drugs on the controlled substance list. If I start a web site selling "pot" by the pound, but I ship bags of oregano is that actually illegal? I mean, the false advertising part would be I guess, but I mean the shipping pounds of oregano part.

Do you mean calling Solomon? He is the one with the wisdom. Saul McGill, known almost exclusively by his professional alias Saul Goodman, is a fictional character in the American television drama series Breaking Bad on AMC. He is portrayed by Bob Odenkirk and was created by Peter Gould, a writer of the series.[1] Saul is a criminal lawyer and can be easily found in the yellow pages of Albuquerque. His made up surname "Goodman" is a play on words to better attract clients: "'S'all good, man!" becomes "Saul Goodman". He is also known for his low-budget television commercials in Albuquerque, where he advertises mainly under the tagline “Better Call Saul!” Saul will be the main character of the upcoming spin-off series Better Call Saul. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saul_Goodman_%28Breaking_Bad%29

Actually it is (Selling fake drugs) The legality of the synthetic stuff is in flux- the law chases the formula. I think it is stupid- want to smoke some pot buy some pot. Want to do coke- buy some coke. Why would anyone pay crazy prices for some chemical concoction that might kill you. Actually it is just incense and bath salts, and flowers in glass tubes are not crack pipes either

Yeah but selling gas isn't. I don't see why fake pot should be. If a kid wants to get high they'll find a way.

I was sick last week- I had to let Walgreens SCAN my driver's license before they would sell me the good Nyquil!!!!! Enough is enough. Funny the GOP cries forever that guns are not the problem, that people are, yet drugs are the problem, not people.

Nyquil is an over the counter medication still stocked on grocery shelves Do they have to scan a license, or do they just have to punch in a birth date? Scanning a license would seem a little over the top. Unless you are a problem for Walgreen's

They made me take it out so they could scan it.
Sure there is shitty Nyquil on the shelf- tried it-no good. Same with sudafed or anything similar- if you want the stuff that works you have to wait in line at the pharmacy, pay extra, and be scanned into a database. It is over the top.

Suds fed is the same way. Some people make meth with it, I think? I had pharmacist explain it to me.

Yep- so I am a suspected meth cook or smurf automatically when it comes to state law. No one complaining about that government intrusion- except me I guess.

Anywhere in the US, if you want a product that contains pseudoephedrine - which is, IMHO, the BEST (most effective) nasal decongestant you can get- you have to show ID and you are limited in the quantity that you can purchase in a given period of time. You can go to another drug store five states away, and if you purchased yesterday- you will be denied. I left a box I just bought in my hotel room in NY and they refused to sell me a replacement box when I went to get some more in Florida. They said I had to wait a week. I said obviously if I could wait a week, I wouldn't need it by then.
