WTF?  She went right to the cops from what I read.  Eyewitness accounts are shit, so forget the height argument especially if she was drunk.

Fact- he DNA'd her   She reported a rape after it happened.  The police had no fucking business suggesting what to do about it based on who the rapist might be and it sickens me to think that any law enforcement personnel would coach a victim to not pursue charges based on fucking celebrity.  Whether he did it or not is up to a jury, and he is innocent until then.  Not the point here.

Some women make false charges, and some athletes rape women- let's not allow assumptions to enter into it.  If this was a bench warmer his ass would be arrested, if his ass worked at Kinko's he would be arrested.  Like Chris Rock said- if it wasn't for celebrity and OJ drove a bus,  OJ would be known as Orenthal the bus driving murderer.

I will say she lied. And it will come from the statements from her legal counsel blaming the TPD. Legal was saying TPD said she was drunk and the toxicology records proved she was not. However, it was the opposite. TPD said didn’t appear drunk, and toxicology proved them right. She claimed she couldn’t remember. However, nothing showed she was drugged. 


She went into a tall tale that got out of hand when she got back to where she lives, and her friend called the police out of concern for her after hearing that your good friend was raped. I don’t know why people have a hard time calling this what it is. Nothing she said to investigators was borne out in the evidence from the heavily drinking being contradicted by the toxicology reports to the blackout scenario that isn’t supported by the toxicology reports either to the crazy notion that a rape victim would be blowing her rapist and getting their DNA all over her face. If the evidence supported Winston having done something, people sure wouldn’t have had a problem with saying that, so why so light on what this is, someone taking a lie too far?

There’s no evidence of rape, at all…she was texting while blacking out, while being raped? And gave her friends and the police multiple versions of what happened….while not being intoxicated or on drugs….and all of her texts; before, during and after the alleged incident somehow never mention rape…

Read the report. Refer to the actual facts. The lawyer (victims aunt) leaked things to the news, and made the TPD look bad. As though the police have no experience in knowing what a fake story sounds like. Of course the public (the media typical left wing know it all hacks) jump to their little conclusions and attack them. Saying they were protecting this "star athlete." The interesting thing about it is Jameis Winston at the time was not exactly a star. He was a red shirt freshman.
