The ability of possibly otherwise normal human beings to unquestioningly swallow BS like this "article" is truly amazing. If such folks were women, they'd be pregnant all the time.
However, they always give me yet another opportunity to ROTFLMAO.

If the government was really interested in going green then all New Construction would be mandated with Solar Panels, Wind Generators and Passive Solar Heating and Passive Cooling Methods. This argument is not about the environment but rather big corporate interests and Political back scratching!

Absolutely, Virginian. I tried to start a Wind Turbine company. GE got all the grant funds and sat on them. We've shelled out-of-pocket for the provisional patent designs and prototypes. We can make it work but need a reason to, if you know what I mean.
Get our cash out of China, close the banks, audit the Fed and let's do somehing other than shuffle paper here in America.
