 We all have old or damaged CD's kicking around.
All you need is an unwanted/damaged CD for the base, a small bag of clear cat's eye marbles (and some instant or quick-drying clear glue such as Crazy Glue or similar) + small warming candles to use in the center.
In image #1, the small (filled) water bottle is used as a guide/brace to help glue each layer of marbles on straight vertically as you apply them. Once it's dried, and the candle is placed in the center, it gives a pretty glow when lit.
