free enemas and colonoscopies. Does anyone else think this has anything to do with Obamacare?

As for the New Mexico story, if all true, it is outrageous.

And for god's sake, don't clench your buttocks. Save that energy in case you end up in jail overnight and are put into a cell with a prisoner with a twinkle in his eye.

Reminds me of a line from Wayne's World. That movie was GREAT....I'm surprised they don't play it on cable very much?

That's crazy! How could that judge just sit there and ignore that? Is there any outcome on that? The video is from July.

From the original source- and this is disgusting:
While there, Eckert was subjected to repeated and humiliating forced medical procedures. A review of Eckert's medical records, which he released to KOB, and details in the lawsuit show the following happened:
1. Eckert's abdominal area was x-rayed; no narcotics were found.
2. Doctors then performed an exam of Eckert's anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
3. Doctors performed a second exam of Eckert's anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
4. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
5. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema a second time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
6. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema a third time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
7. Doctors then x-rayed Eckert again; no narcotics were found.
8. Doctors prepared Eckert for surgery, sedated him, and then performed a colonoscopy where a scope with a camera was inserted into Eckert's anus, rectum, colon, and large intestines. No narcotics were found.
Throughout this ordeal, Eckert protested and never gave doctors at the Gila Regional Medical Center consent to perform any of these medical procedures
*On top of all that the warrant is effed. Take them to the bank- should be an easy win.

Can you imagine the question- 'So, officer, after 2 xrays, 2 digital penetrations, 3 forced shittings- the conclusion you came to was to keep looking deeper.....'
What did the warrant say- keep looking until you find something? What was next- exploratory surgery? Autopsy after that?
Heads should roll over this. Can't believe the medical staff went for broke either- who was calling the procedures on this I wonder...Just unbelievable.

It could've been worse. At least they didn't plant the drugs.

No doubt- surprised the cop didn't don a glove and say let me look- probably would have found a fist full of heroin.
I can't believe the doctor in charge didn't pull the plug on this after the first xray- intimidated maybe?
Easy win for the lawyer and a nice settlement coming- probably from both the hospital and the police- if anything violates the 4th amendment this does, not to mention all decency. I'd say it rose to the level of criminal.

Holy CRAP on the 3rd video (all of them really). HOW could the judge just SIT there? I didn't catch it if anything was done to the judge or the other cop. That woman's rights, and the rights of all the people in this thread have been violated and it makes me sick to my stomach.

This just gets worse- and Lord help me I am going to use The Blaze as a source: www.theblaze.com/stories/2013/11/06/another-minor-traffic-stop-in-new-mexico-another-serious-violation-of-a-mans-body-same-exact-police-dog/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=story&utm_campaign=ShareButtonsThe updated information- they billed the 'suspect' $6000! KOB-TV is reporting that Leo the K-9 “seems to get it wrong pretty often.” As it turns out, the K-9 is not even currently certified in the state of New Mexico. Leo’s certification to be a drug dog reportedly expired in April 2011. K-9s need yearly re-certification sources, and Leo is more than two years behind. But as Reason.com notes, that may not matter: Eckert’s attorney, Shannon Kennedy, who spoke with TheBlaze on Tuesday, said she possesses evidence that “this dog has had false alerts in the past.” While police officers involved in the incidents will face a law enforcement board, the doctors at the Gila Regional Medical Center could also lose their ability to practice medicine if the state licensing board determines any wrongdoing. And lose them they should. This is a medical battery- at least that is the term in my state that gives a cause of action. Rape is more like it. Someone needs to be prosecuted criminally.

they all have signals that make the dog "find something". how is it that when you refuse to consent for the cop to do a search, a dog can? doesn't refuse to consent to search mean REFUSE TO CONSENT TO SEARCH? shouldn't it be ;NOT BY THE COP, NOT BY HIS SUPERVISOR, NOT BY AN ANIMAL AND NOT BY A ROBOT/XRAY MACHINE? they billed the 'suspect' $6000! can a non drug mule, regular citizen even fit 6k worth of drugs up their coolo?
