OMG I've DIed and Gone to Heaven !!
Apple Pie is one of my all-time favorite desserts. My mother made the best in the world Apple Pie - from scratch - flaky, juicy, laced with cinnamon - and when warm, topped with a dollop of vanilla ice-cream - Oh, the memories.
THIS is something that I'm going to be making for sure! - and it's so simple!
Here's a pic and the recipe/instructions - I suggest using parchment paper on the cookie sheet when baking:
