12,800 for 2015 seems a bit bearish, but would put gold back at almost 2k that is for sure.

I hear ya B. The power of words to raise rates enough as to cool the housing market off, but not kill the recovery. The man has it, that is for sure. Looks like there will be some more red to bet KASH on in the near future eh?(Show me a 10 yr period where there wasn't at least 30 corrections of 2- %, right?)

...is a nonsense number... $12, 854 is a real number. For someone who's so obsessed with amassing and retaining your own personal hoard, I would expect you to be more careful about decimal points and such.
As for diddling around with hundredths and thousandths of cents... that's just silly. A waste of time, IMHO.

Thank-you...The point the model makes is the cost of interest increase will devalue equities. Warren Buffett made the same point on CNBC today. It is all about risk and the DJIA or total stock market will be overpriced if or when the ten year t-note gets to 5%... Just a thought, BiMetalAuPt

That's just today's jibber-jabber, they'll come up with some other spiel tomorrow. Real Value is not the basis of our economy. Our economy is based upon imaginary value... that's the only explanation for precious metal prices.

Our economy is based upon imaginary value... that's the only explanation for precious metal prices. Did you even read the point B made? He was talking about a long term investor making the point he was about how the DJIA will be overpriced when 10yr Bonds hit 5%. It had nothing to do with trading, and around here we understand that gold is a ponzi. For the record, our economy is based on industrial input costs. The industry it's based on has been evolving with us for thousands of years, and so has our use of money for trade; it's as real as any of us are.
