Well a whole lot of people in states with mini-DOMAs just got a reason to take an extended trip out of state. Those numbers should be going up soon.
The tax treatment of health insurance and the joint tax return were the biggies. It may cost you a bit in gas and license fees and there might even be a slight annual bump in federal taxes but you'll get it all back the first time either partner suffers an income drop.
