LEITH, N.D. — The mayor of a tiny Grant County town that's been targeted for a takeover by a hate crimes fugitive said local residents are demanding more information now that the plot has been uncovered.

This guy sound like he wants to start something like the Free State Project (New Hampshire) or Christian Exodus (South Carolina) but with a racist twist.

The town of Leith will hopefully deal with this guy.

I live in Oak Creek. WI home to a Skii temple targeted by a white supremecist last year. One can only be proud of our community response.

This is the MO of pretty much all political organizations, isn't it?  People want the laws to be what they believe, so they support candidates who align with their positions and get them elected.  Just look at CA, NY, TX, or any other state/county/locality.

M.T. Lott Realty was one of Walt's pseudonyms used to privately purchase land around Orlando. If you say fast, it sounds like: 'Empty Lot.' A curious reporter from Miami did some digging and learned that the owner of M.T. Lott Realty was Mrs. Minnie Mouse. Walt did this so that property owners would not escalate the prices -- knowing who he was. He bought his first acre of land for $80 and his last for $80,000. So his plan worked for a short time anyway.

Setting aside his alleged status as a 'fugitive' and accepting that we live in a free country, I don't see the problem here? Of course, if you're going to do it- it would be better if you can do it more discretely.

Cobb is wanted by police in Canada, where he was charged in 2010 with "willful promotion of hatred." Royal Canadian Mounted Police said Cobb operated the Podblanc video-sharing website from various locations around Vancouver, "promoting hatred of people based on ethnicity and religion," according to Canadian media reports.

Cobb left Canada before being charged, and since there is no comparable charge in the U.S. for inciting hatred, the RCMP said he can't be extradited, The Toronto Star reported.

I didn't realize that Canada had such repressive, illegitimate laws on the books. So, he's not a true 'fugitive' as he hasn't actually committed a crime except according to the thought police in Canada. I'm sure glad we're free from this kind of nonsense here. Good grief. What the hell is up, Canada

Do we actually know what this guy was doing at the time he drew the attention of the authorities in Canada?  Was it more than just "thoughts"?  I haven't read anything about this particular person.  Guess I'm going to have to go sleuthing.

Yeah, thanks, Tennesseer.  I've read that, and read a couple of other articles from news sources at the time.  As far as I can see, he's just another waste of DNA who needs to be summarily ignored.  He's not worth the time to talk about.  It's like discussing the contents of your garbage, as I see it.
