Anyone got a good glaze for a ham? I cheaped out and bought a ham w/out a glaze packet for tomorrow. I just couldn't justify spending $30+ on meat for just us...
Thanks!

I used to make one years ago...don't remember the exact measurements....but it had mustard & brown sugar in it. Maybe you could play with that??? Oh, and I had to stick those nasty cloves into the ham first!

I just use brown sugar and pineapple juice. ( Pineapple rings are baked on top)
I cut shallow slices into the ham all in one direction then go back and do it again to make a diamond pattern - It makes the Ham look pretty and gives more area for the glaze!

I don't use measurements so it's a guessing game...
I use a small jar of apricot preserves a cup or so of orange juice several(3-5) big ol spoonfuls of brown sugar a finely chopped jalapeno
heat it all on the stove on low and then glaze the ham with it repeatedly.
