As Carlin said- 3 strikes- works for baseball so why not the law....
So since the legal system cannot deal with an asshole we evict the victim- brilliant!
Thanks evil ACLU.

Second that on no-knock raids. That should be a very rare and well regulated occurrence- and no mistakes- sorry cops- you raid the wrong house YOU are the criminals- if you get shot by a homeowner I have no sympathy.

You don't have to evict. I simply chose not to renew a lease to a tenant who thought she could bring inappropriate behavior to a family neighborhood. Eviction takes too long. I warned her and she thought I was kidding. She can take her ghetto behavior back to the ghetto. I'm sorry if you make a bad choice to get involved with crazy but you don't have the right to bring it to there.

I am a landlord. While I have sympathy for the abused woman, my rental does not pull the orofit it should. If I don't collect rent the payment for the rental comes from my owm living expenses. If. The gov't want's to ensure non-eviction - they need to pay the rent on behalf of my tenant

How many times does an individual have to call 911 before they're considered a "nuisance"?
Are we talking about domestic disputes once every week? Once a month? A lifetime maximum?
I don't like the idea of cutting people off from emergency services, but if they're phoning in an average of more than one emergency call every 2-3 weeks it's an abuse of the emergency line, a waste of police manpower, and the authorities have to draw the line somewhere.
ETA: I notice in the OP they give three times in four months as a baseline. Hence once every five weeks.
I dunno. Borderline.
