Now 3 plus six mean nine percent total but they are ready to remove the juice.

Make this clear..market could correct. By 1,500 to make the numbers.

IE djia =13,500...high risk assumption..this is at the heart of the rebalance system or the 50/50 balancer or 80/20 barbell.

It might be a little while before the 10 year hits 5%.  But the ten year has gone up from when you started this thread, and if 1500 points are shaved off the market in the next month you would be up the 10%.. 

As a side note, risk off would also help the housing market over the fall by keeping rates in check.  This would also have the side effect of helping the economy improve during the busy holiday season.
