Wasn't sure where to post this one, but since it's for jam, I'll put it here with the breads.
Homemade Jam in 60 SecondsFresh Berry Jam in 60 seconds.
Simply toss 1 cup of your favorite berries into a blender.
Add:
1 tbsp of chia seeds 1 tsp of honey.
Blend, pour into a small jar and place in the fridge over night.
The chia seeds create a lovely jelly like texture to the sweet berries and honey. Fresh, easy (and artificial sugar/pectin-free) jam!

Well, if you make it in the evening (only takes 60 seconds of your time - you can do it during those 2-3 minute commercial breaks ) then you'll have fresh jam for your toast in the morning. .
