Here's a tip coming from an old grey headed air force jet instructor. "When you enter a 5 day race, check that you have sufficient fuel for all 5 days......or you'll flame out on the 5th day."

An addendum posted just after lunch: "Clark you run a great race...THANKS; but can you double check on those feeding bins close to the starting gates....be certain they have ample amount of those special oats and carrots for all the nags we bring to the race."

I did a midday check using some mental math and Disinfranchised Investor, Ombud, clarkrl2, ModE90 and the benchmark were very close. Hopefully the benchmark won't win.

clarkrl2 stuck his rather prominent nose out front and was this week's winner. Ombud was less than a tenth of a percent behind in second and the benchmark finished third. Disinfranchised Investor made it a foursome within four tents of a percent of the lead. ModE90 faded some late in the day but still had a positive return in what was an extremely close final day.
