There is the telling sentence. "WHY the car was parked at the handler's house".
CSI me thinks Sparticus was borrowed for a job. The associate parked the car at the regular handler's house figuring the handler would figure out the dog was in there.
This stinks of office politics.

The officer in question is on leave while they're conducting an investigation as to why his patrol car was parked at his residence and the dog left inside - and for how long.
You've been very vocal in the past about your dislike/distrust of police officers in general, so your opinion is probably more than a little biased.
In your thread title alone, you make it sound like he purposely murdered the animal. |

police just get away with I guess anything now these days!! police dog dies from heat exhaustion from being locked inside police K9 unit. gets worse! police officer was at his home address, at night, with K9 unit mobile in his driveway! he has been a K9 officer for I think 12 years AND his current dog is a retired K9 still gets worse he is on PAID leave!  Well, at least he didn't make the critical mistake of letting a citizen that killed someone in self defense go. THAT will get you FIRED.  |
