So he was essentially promoting prostitution in a weird twisted way? I wonder if a DA could make those charges stick.

One or the other would cost me my CPA license. I imagine lawyers would be held to the same standard. When I got my license, I promised to hold myself to a higher standard, this wouldn't fly.

My BIL served as managing partner for one of the top 25 largest U.S. law firms and I'll guarantee this clown would have been looking for another job - a relatively easy termination given the high profile of the firm.
