That's just plain crazy when people here need jobs. Russia is much closer for servicing the helicopters. And it's possible the helicopters are less sophisticated than ours and we wouldn't want our helicopters captured and studied by the enemy. From the opening post: "The contract with Rosoboronexport, the Russian arms company, covers spare parts, test equipment and engineering support. The Pentagon said the work would be performed in Russia. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2014."
