Fierce Texas Mom Fights Carjacker

54 Year old career criminal, Ismael Martinez, who has a rap sheet that includes why the fuck is he out of jail charges like burglary, and rape, picked the wrong victim this week...

Terrified, with her two young kids, 5 and 2, strapped in the backseat with the accused villain, Baker says she did the first thing that came to mind: fought back.

"I took my fist and I hit him in the face, and I told him to get out of my car," Baker said.
The mother next intentionally drove her vehicle straight into a pole, hoping to send him through the windshield or at least injure him.
When that didn't work, the mother continued to use her own physical force against him while dually managing to call 911.
Her husband says she has the scar to prove it.

"She's got a cut that goes across her chest, and she grabbed the knife and he bit her hand," Charles Flugence told ABC.
When Martinez finally jumped out of her car, hoping to escape the mother's wrath on foot, he had yet to see the end of her rage.
"I didn't mean to run him over," Baker says misty eyed. "I was just trying to stop him so he didn't hurt anybody else."

He ought to thank his lucky stars he didn't get into the car with my wife.  He'd have 5 rounds of .38 hollow point in him right now from her handy lightweight revolver.  Anyone that can "dually" (I think the word the journalist was searching for is "simultaneously"- but whatever) dial 911 while struggling over a knife can surely manage to shoot him.  

By the way, anyone believe that she didn't mean to run him over?    

Hopefully, Texas can manage to stick this worthless piece of human debris in a cell until he dies this time?  I frankly don't see the problem- I don't get why he's out in the first place?

Have to make room for the drug offenders.  Had a guy in TN that shot 3 people- was a convicted murderer on the street.

Yeah- I'm with the libertarians on the drug issue.  And I'm coming around to being uneasy with the private prison industry.
