To conserve air, people living at even numbered street addresses should not breath on Tuesdays and people living at odd numbered street addresses should not breath on Thursday. All breathing between the hours 10:00 and 15:00 hours (local) should be banned on weekends.

I have had plenty of opportunities to breathe some of that "not so fresh" air...  I'm not sure if it was a Tuesday, or a Thursday, but I did my best not to breathe! -The bad thing about that is, after holding your breath a while, you have the need to take a really big breath, the next time! Yuck!   |
