I pictured her with an ostrich farm. That way she can sell really lean red meat in place of ground beef to go with her organic Amish chickens. Plus all the produce obviously. Best ghetto convenience store ever!
Plus ostrich eggs are really convenient. You can substitute a single egg for all those recipes that call for a dozen chicken eggs.

I can see the latest inter city trends, alpaca hats, socks, scarfs, coats. The possibilities are endless. I suspect they also have dark meat, should be pretty lean. Should sell for $15/ pound.
