Bought ZEN in my brokerage account (that's my explore not core account). An IPO. 1st venture into software. Goes against my current (5 yr) philosophy. No dividend. No track record. Was barely in comfort zone at 11.06 (screen for 10+, low PEG, dividend, always have exit point in mind) Need to figure exit point

10:15 am BLT 12.18 11:30 am BLT 12.27 winner
My take on short term is if your not buying a stock for the long term you want to trade it in the shortest time frame you can and make sure it's a winner. I don't look past a trade lasting over a hour and a half short term. JMO

You want to make sure there is enough volume in the stock as to make sure your sell or buy goes in at that time.

Clarkrl2,
As you know, I've been long TQQQ for a long time. I trade the TQQQ/SQQQ pair. I'm in one or the other. Never both at once!
TQQQ has doubled over the past year.
It's a tripled leveraged ETF, so it is very volatile. Looking at a Yahoo chart comparing QQQ with TQQQ, for the past year, QQQ appears to be up about 30%. TQQQ over 120%. But not for the faint of heart.
