Am I the only one intimidated by the thought of preparing crab legs and making a huge mess out of the kitchen? I would much rather buy the lump meat in a can or the fake stuff in a pouch. Cook them on the grill. No mess and the kitchen doesn't stink.

I can be very judgmental of clients. If they have no money after closing, or debts spilling onto the 4-6 page of the loan app I cringe. I also can't stand loan officers telling me why someone has to close, although I doubt that has changed.

Redkitty begins shopping for a cream puff previously owned (YM approved) M1A1 Abrams tank for it's pothole worthiness (YM approved) and reputation for durability (YM approved) despite a less the stellar fuel economy rating (not YM approved) and a minor issue with the size of some parking spaces (Isn't that funny? There's a tank parked on top of that Civic.). Lmao, I googled it, and I like it. Looks like a vehicle I can depend on. I don't think I even have to worry about snow! I wonder what the parking garage upcharge would be ![](http://images.proboards.com/new/rolleyes.gif) They charge about $10 more per day for an SUV....do u think the abrams qualifies as an SUV? ![](http://syonidv.hodginsmedia.com/vsmileys/pray.gif) Paint a racing stripe on it (to make it "sporty") and give it a try. In it's basic form, it's already a vehicle and it clearly has a certain type of utility. So the addition of a stripe would make it a sporty utility vehicle, SUV.
