I just came back from a seven day cruise, ate good food, but worked out every day and lost one pound. So much for all the stories about gaining weight while on a cruise. Actually I was able to have fresh fruit every morning, and the selection of grilled fish was great. I was able to eat pretty healthy almost every day.
Now I'm off to find some fast food for lunch....

isn't it easy to lose weight while trash and other vile stuff is flowing down the hall with your overrunning toilet?

Good for you tractor!
My first cruise, I failed to be disciplined in either eating or exercise. Managed the pack on 10 lbs.
Lesson learned. The next two times I went, I ate lots of variety of food, but controlled portions and got in a good hour workout each day. Those times I walked off the boat the same weight as I got on.
