I do 3g of glutamine, I feel it gives me more energy and helps w/ recovery
it might be just a plecibo effect but whatevs
I also do a scoop of protein powder first thing in the AM to get some protein in my system
And a multivitamin

Vitamin C because they are going to expire soon and I'd hate to throw them out.

I was looking into glucosamine for knee issues when I stumbled across information cautioning their use in people with asthma.
