Yeah . . . no, sorry. They claim there are no preservatives (big deal, freezing IS a preservation method), but what about additives, thickeners, colorings, flavorings, "soy protein" aka MSG? Read the label carefully.
And white rice? Totally stripped of nutritional value. But it IS a cheap and fast meal . . .

When you get right down to it, isn't that just a salad?
You can have green salad, potato salad, fruit salad, egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad - taco salad.....
To heck with Pi Day - you can have Salad Day.

Mixed one medium avocado, 4 egg whites and two to three tablespoons of plain chobani yogurt for an awesome egg salad alternative! And for a snack slice up red peppers and sparingly dip in hummus. Total crunchy healthy alternative to potato chips.
