I believe this place has become so anti free speech now that it's to the point that MSN actually was more tolerant. 3 strikes your out, with biased board moderator is just a matter of time before it's game over.

I would like anyone interested in moving on to leave me an email, and we shall find a new home unless the administrators take care of the freedom of speech and ideas problem, I'm finding this place less tolerant than MSN.

Let's exchange emails, and look for a new home unless the problem is taken care of.

Virgil, if the problems are not addressed, you may leave with the rest of us, or take over the inflation experiment with my permission. I'm finished with that unless the 3 strikes rule is gone and someone in particular is dismissed from duty.

I might be able to help you put up your own website/space ( I've done that for a few clinics in my area ). There are a lot of ways to get yourself out there...lots of free websites, vlog areas...you are only limited by your imagination. Let me know if I can help-

I've always been of the opinion that the backbiting gives Market Talk a bit of flavour, but it's gotten to the point now where your "opponents" are getting fed up with the onslaught.

In September of last year, you published a manifesto on the MT board promising to reform. You didn't.

You've advertised your disdain for FTI, wxyz, kman, usaone, rovo and several others, using descriptors like "paid pumpers", "liars", "frauds". If these are the fruits of your previous pledge to reform, why would rovo give you the benefit of the doubt?

My recommendation: if you don't want to butt heads with the mods, stick to posting in your own threads. Threads like your inflation experiment and interest pieces on gold, etc. are the "good" Mid.

Your rights (such as the right of free speech) begin where somebody else's rights end. The right of free listening (not having your conversations commandeered by mean-spirited objections) has to be weighed against the spirit of "free speech" on the boards.

I've known quite a few people who are always looking for greener pastures. They always have problems with the current situation and feel the next thing/place/job will be much better than the current one. My experience with these folks has been that there was really very little wrong with the current pasture. They move on to "greener pastures" and then pollute the environment in the new greener pasture until it is near death. Of course, then it is time once again to move onto the next greener pasture.

Wow Virgil, I expected more out of you. Amazing how I'm being blamed for all the attacks and same with Decoy. So the insults and cussing towards me after having a real debate, with member that go off and start on baiting, name calling, persoanl attacks then I may react sometimes but it's my fault.

they are either a liar, a pumper, or both.....or just too dumb to realize they are wrong...but it is offensive in any matter......

you are entitled to your opinions...but when anyone else expresses something different they fall into the "pumper" category.....and that has caused a lot of the problems...one attack begets another attack...which leads to another attack....and so on...and so on....and then all hell breaks loose

Como accidentally pasted in ellipsized versions of the links.

In simpler terms: ProBoards puts a '...' in links that it believes are too long to display. For example, a link to "Decoy and Mid" might look like "Dec ... Mid".

When como copied the links, she used the ellipsized links rather than the full versions. Hence, rather than producing A link to "Decoy and Mid" that simply looks like "Dec ... Mid", the link actually points to "Dec ... Mid", which is invalid.

Como will have to modify her post and include the full versions of the links.
