As a kid: baseball, softball, volleyball, figure skates, danced, and swimming. I also skied a lot I swam in college.
Now I do Zumba and I golf. I'd love to play hockey, but there isn't a women's league near me, and I'd get mynass kicked by the guys because they all played in HS and some in college. I swim once in a while, and I walk. Im toying with entering some 5k's. I used to play softball in the local bar league, but I stopped when I had kids.

The only varsity sport I played was one year of soccer in high school. My high school started it's first girls soccer team my junior year. I played that year, but didn't really like it. I just don't enjoy competitive sports. If truth be told, at that age I was so type A I was building my resume for college. Now I am so type B I wouldn't be able to force myself to join something I didn't like doing!
I'm in my forties now, and still do not enjoy playing team sports, though I am into personal fitness. My current schedule involves working out/exercising 5 days a week, and most weekends incorporating in some time of family physical activity.

The only thing I played competitively was field hockey. I swam a lot for fun in summer. I like yoga now. More my speed

I played soccer, basketball, ping pong, tennis, ice skating and roller skated a LOT. I was in my varsity ping pong team.
I still play ping pong, represent my company in the YMCA tournament and I still roller skate and ice skate. In addition I am also into adventure sports now. I LOVE rock climbing and zip lining and went water rafting two times. I do Zumba, kickboxing and kettlebell for regular exercise.

YAY! At the Y, the ladies are playing pickup games from 4-5pm! I was pretty winded. That was fun. We played 3 on 3 and i was pretty exhausted.

In HS I was a dancer - hard core. Did almost nothing else except academics and choir. These days I ski, ride a bike, hike and do yoga - but those aren't sports I've also been known to do some "extreme sporting" under controlled conditions: zip lining, hot air ballooning, parasailing, paragliding. At my next big birthday I want to go sky diving [safely tethered to an instructor!]. It's also on my bucket list to ride in the Goodyear blimp. One of them is based where I live, so I just gotta bide my time . . .

Rounders as a kid and now it's just regular or irregular workouts.

Beyond the gym and the reason I go to the gym is to stay in reasonable condition for playing tennis and golf. I shoot archery almost year round. I am in the world class bracket for after exercise napping.

I played softball and ran track in high school.
Now, I run a little, swim a little, ski a little, hike (not really a sport, but can be very demanding), and play ice hockey. I was going to climb some 14ers this summer, but that will have to wait til next summer now. I might dust off the bike this summer.

I was on the swim and soccer teams in HS.
I played on multiple recreational softball leagues for close to 15 years and I played on rec volleyball league for 20.
Since they kids came around I play golf at least once a week. I have been asked to play on another volleyball league this summer and I can't wait!
