After some reflection, will change my mind, and stay in the U.S. this week. Will go with BBBY (Long) and perhaps look for some upward movement. It appears at a reasonable low price currently, and Bed, Bath & Beyond is still a leader in spite of the slump in price over the last 8 months.... so just maybe a long term recovery may be possible.  Maybe this may be the week for a little bounce.

Long AHL (Aspen Insurance Holding Ltd.- Insurance)
Same pick as last week for the same reasons. They beat earnings estimate last quarter and have had recent upward earnings revisions. The RSI is indicating it is a little overbought but it held up well last week in a tough market.

It now appears to be turning up again (charts).
Barcharts Opinion: All green; 100% buy.

Folks could "Prep" and Hedge for Friday - By spending less than $25. All you need to buy is tube of Preparation H & a Cheap Bottle of Champangne. If things go horribly south - you have the cure for the sore ****, you got by being bent over by the Clowns in Washington and the 'Pros". If things are "Saved" - You have the means to Toast and Party the "Never ending acension".. and yeah. am well aware that I am  with this commentary. |
