Olbermann was dumped by ESPN, NBC Football, and MSNBC so here is a case where the 3 strike rule didn't work...since he has NOT been permanently banned...too bad we can't say the same here with members worried about being banned a few times for nebulous reasons or just for being themselves.
But hope springs eternal I guess???/ Since June is only four months from now but can't come soon enough IMHO...

"Current TV"? Never heard of it. Is it broadcast in most markets? (of course I have 873,912 stations, give or take. I could have it and not know it) Supposedly into 75 million homes..will have to see if Comcast carries it or is it radio..seems a lot of homes for radio. Mr Google again...{sigh] Seems Comcast has a 10% stake in it , so most likely I have it....that will get it into a lot of homes..if Comcast owns such a % i wonder if competitors will be so inclined to offer it..support your competitor kind of idea...possible the future of our broadcasting Industry...possible a idea of a new thread?

Al Gore? Well he's in fine company. Al "The Bore" Gore will more than likely be one of Olbermann's co hosts which means his show will be noted for the following four topics: 1. Boring 2. Boring 3 Boring 4 Boring On now at Current TV Channel 107 Comcast is a show about a runaway young girl which is about as interesting as Lakhota's posts NOT

You can bet that Olbermann walked away from MSNBC with a pretty good golden parachute.....so it pays to be a liberal bomb thrower I guess and now he can continue his stupid "worse person in the world" again

I've watched Beck more then once, with a open mind by the way, so why not Olberman.. You should get out and explore more..try new and different things, might find it enlightening, don't have to agree, but might get you thinking, on some things you might just, see just, have it wrong, never know till you try it. Like with different foods...Mom never liked Pumpkin, was in my 20's before had a slice of hot pumpkin pie, now one of my favorites, Lemon Meringue still # 1. Asked Mom how come never made/offered it..told me "I don't like it so figured you kids wouldn't either".

When former MSNBC commentator Keith Olbermann starts a new prime-time show at Current TV in San Francisco this spring, he will bring the 5-year-old network two things it has never had much of: viewers and buzz. The liberal host had 1 million prime-time viewers when he abruptly left MSNBC last month after eight years, with neither party offering a reason. Current TV, despite being available in 60 million U.S. homes, has 23,000 prime-time viewers for its mix of user-generated and scripted entertainment and news. But analysts said Tuesday's announcement of the arrival of the witty, acerbic Olbermann - a three-time winner of the Edward R. Murrow Award - could give Current currency. It intends to rebuild around Olbermann, much as MSNBC did by surrounding the anchor with fellow liberals such as Rachel Maddow. To date, Current has been best known for its co-founder, former Vice President Al Gore, and for two of its reporters being detained for 4 1/2 months by the North Korean government in 2009 before former President Bill Clinton helped secure their release. P.I.- please summarize articles, don't post the whole thing. However, I must say to this: When he founded Current, Gore assured audiences that he would not create a liberal TV network. He addressed that Tuesday by saying audiences would be well-served by hearing from Olbermann.LOL, fair and balanced, right? Or is that, left? I have never watched the channel..think I have it, I am on Comcast..but definitly will see if I have it and will check it out and if it is a balanced channel..why not. The more the merrier.

Olbermann is less than one step away from selling shoes on QVC. I look forward to his next pants-pissing termination...
