FTI, But Frank, M3 growth is more and more the defining vector of growth and Inflation with BISIII factors being meet first by American Supper large banks.....We could see 4% growth for 2013 and 3% inflation ( Upper quadrant of Statical means (centre point was 3%). Banks like Citibank are starting to grow faster and faster as they clean up the books.. Only now are they getting any sponsorship from the Front line of Investors. Citibank has a PEG of 0.79. That is better then FB(1.69) or AMZN (4.36). Texas Farm Bank will fund them with bond money from New York( my personal political point of view).. We all can have Texas Angus and Red Merlot from Texas with Texas Potatoes and Texas 1015Y Onion Soup. Eat well and the farmers will make a living by owning their own farms...So why does Obama want to cut farm development funds for new farmers. The lagging indicator…jobs…by one calculation we need 10.6 million jobs to get back where we were in 2007…or about 5 years of economic growth at this pace…so yes more to the upside for the markets. [img alt="[image] " src="http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff155/JiminiChristmas/smileys/tongue2.png" title="[image] "]
You may notice your valuations on your investments should be (if you’re doing and seeing the right things) at or above 2007 levels. [img alt="[image] " src="http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff155/JiminiChristmas/smileys/bat.gif" title="[image] "]
But wait…check the share prices of what you own…if you owned fund whatever in 2007…I be willing to bet even though your VALUES are the same or better…your share prices are about 20% below your 2007 share prices…more room to the upside. [img alt="[image] " src="http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff155/JiminiChristmas/smileys/wink_smile.gif" title="[image] "]
Oh yeah Jeremy Siegel report on the DOW 15,000…guess what earnings higher than anticipated…oh my what a surprise…more room to the upside. [img alt="[image] " src="http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff155/JiminiChristmas/smileys/tongue2.png" title="[image] "]
This report is significant because he states that investors are more willing to pay more for each dollar of a companies’ earnings/dividends…because income is in such short supply…gee what a novel idea[img alt="[image] " src="http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff155/JiminiChristmas/smileys/tongue2.png" title="[image] "]
Over 70% of the S&P 234 companies reporting had earnings 67% higher than expected…wow what a surprise…NOT! [img alt="[image] " src="http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff155/JiminiChristmas/smileys/bat.gif" title="[image] "]
This quarter is already running at 4%...or much higher than 1%-2% forecasted…”I” TOLD YA SO! [img alt="[image] " src="http://s1203.photobucket.com/albums/bb381/Ahamburger/smileys/smoke-pot.gif" title="[image] "]
That makes this market about a 75% chance of increasing to new record highs…a very high probability. [img alt="[image] " src="http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff155/JiminiChristmas/smileys/bat.gif" title="[image] "]
After pulling $391 BILLION from stocks over the last few years….$53 BILLION has come back into the market in the last….3 weeks…oh yeah…much more room to the upside. [img alt="[image] " src="http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff155/JiminiChristmas/smileys/tongue2.png" title="[image] "]
Dome check out FTR…with a 9.1% yield…you might want to check this out WIN with a 10.2% yield…both rural telecoms…income is the big story with growth...that’s what has been working the last 4 years. [img alt="[image] " src="http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff155/JiminiChristmas/smileys/bat.gif" title="[image] "]
Look for an ISM number over 55 tomorrow Wed 2/6 [img alt="[image] " src="http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff155/JiminiChristmas/smileys/goodbad.gif" title="[image] "]
The great “ROTATION” from bonds to stocks has only just begun…what we fondly refer to as “TINA”…or there is no alternative to stocks…has occurred in the past…and you need to look at cyclical rotations from the past to appreciate what is about to occur [img alt="[image] " src="http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff155/JiminiChristmas/smileys/wink_smile.gif" title="[image] "]
So everybody loves Frank...unless you bet against him...in which case next time you'll go with him...because no one likes to be a a loser or a sore loser [img alt="[image] " src="http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff155/JiminiChristmas/smileys/bat.gif" title="[image] "] So have fun...make money...be safe...pick two and call SFW
I do not care how you make it... Cream of Bond Coupon just taste like old paper and ink!! (IMHO) but Texas Onion Soup with Bruce's Merlot Blend ..2005 is

Rogers on CNBC stated that Farming is the wave of the future... Average Farm income in Texas is now UP....2.4%... Bi, This is a great thread I have been telling my pops that farming is the way of the future for a few years now. There is another thread on here that ties into this one as well. One of the best ways that we can continue to produce more food is through urban farming. Deere was up today because of farming and with a few billion more people starting to eat regular meals over the next decade, how can farminf not continue to provide?? I think robotics is going to help us ge the yeilds we will need, farmers have always been mechanics, it really will be a perfect fit. God Bless, A+++ PS. Good to see these banks hit their capital requirements! A result of Ben B's policies no doubt. Now it's time for Fisher or was that Ficher? to start breaking them up.

Best get working on applying those debt credits some more as the closings are associating with the Baltic on the 'further' drop.

The main problem with employment is the same as farming,,lack of long term capital...
Problem is the decline in none M2-M3 which is the power horse of large long term development of plant and new jobs...esp manufacturing..check Super-Fedwatch if interested. BIS III increasing Capital requirements are part of the lag here and in the EU!!
Just a THOUGHT,

Bruce, M2V was falling a decade before the new capital requirements came into play though. Recently there has been money invested into big long term projects in the USA, oil and gas being one area, and manufacturing being another. The big companies are spending their money piles on these types of things, so when lending does get back to normal, think about the equity plays these companies will have... While the BIS 3 capital requirements may be holding growth back to a degree short term, on the long end of the curve they are making banks more sound.. What was it that you always said your dad said about capital in the banks? Or was it your grand dad? Also, it have to have been a year ago, maybe longer now. We talked about how now that all these really bad MBS and sub prime loans were off the books, the increased capital is basically funding these MBS making them less toxic and that it would show up in the earnings at some point..... Look at those most recent bank earnings.... As for farming jobs. The Chinese just bought up a pork producer because China is the largest consumer of pork on the plant. There are also billions more that are going to be lifted from poverty in the coming decades, which means that long term there will be FDI into the farming industry, which will create more jobs. With land reclamation in cities that need revitalizing, looking at opening a hog plant in the City of Detroit or Cleveland might be something to look into. The solutions are all there, it's really all low hanging fruit when it comes down to it. God Blessed the USA, A+++
