Have you ever...? It's an unorthodox question, but I'd appreciate an honest answer from as many people as possible. All that's required is a simple 'Yes' or 'No', and a sentence or two explaining why you think that is. All answers are appreciated.

Yes, but mostly in waffles. I especially like to use blueberries. My grandkids love them!

Then no, as I wouldn't want to be responsible for a broken hip. Tipping an older server in a restaurant? Of course. Why wouldn't I? If the service is good, I tip well, regardless of the age of the person waiting on me. By waiter, do you mean someone who is waiting for a bus? It's a most peculiar question.

So, W, are you trying to illustrate the old joke about the difference between a Canadian and a Canoe? I don't know what you mean. I do know the old adage about not really being a Canadian until you can make love in a canoe. (It's very difficult)

No, the difference between a Canadian and a Canoe is...Canoes tip. ----------------- If you say so. Everyone I know tips.

So did you ever forget what an appliance did? After my devil landlord turned off the gas, I forgot what a stove was for a while. I once tried to make a phone call with my TV remote. Does that count?

How long between eyeglass fittings was that? I don't wear eyeglasses. I was surrounded by gadgets, doodads and thingamabobs, and I was tired.

At first I saw 'have you ever mistaken the sun for the moon', and now I see 'have you ever kissed your microwave' and I see nothing about deodorant, or tipping, or waffles... sooooo... clearly our buddy Virgil is messing with us again

Nothing like a little Virgil-induced mayhem in the morning to temporarily snap me out of wanting to strangle my boss!

Yes, It flew in front of me when I was going about 60 on my motorcycle. Took a few minutes to clear the feathers off my helment.

How much is the dentist's bill going to be, and was the crappy beer inside that can worth it?

::sigh::
When I first saw this thread, I thought it would be deep and psychological and interesting. I should have known it was one of Virgil's "I'm going to switch a word for another one and it's going to be so FUNNY!" or "I'm going to switch posters' names for other ones and it's going to be so FUNNY!"
My mistake. Carry on.
