IRS will begin processing Form 1041 for all tax periods as of Monday, January 28. The Jan. 28 processing start date includes paper and e-filed Forms 1041.

be warned..... if you have any of the special forms required to be attached to the 1041 noted on other threads your filings will not be processed yet.....
only the simplest of filings can be done "early"...
