I hope "the trend will be my friend"; but I would not be too surprised should TPI decide to just stall out on the track for awhile.

Just in case, did sell 2k at the high and pick up 2c of NYMT (REIT) for the huge dividend, hoping that interest rates hold very low for a few years until the economy becomes more vigorous. I do expect Bernake to leave when his appointment time runs out, and who knows what the next Fed interest policy will be like.
