I have to take 4 pounds of Maid-Rites to a Maid-Rite . I know. Sounds gross.
Anyway...the recipes are supposed to be mild so they mix together well. Any ideas? Mine is too bar-b-quey.

Yes. Except its just seasoned meat and not so much barbeque. Some call them loose meat sandwiches.

Ok, thanks  I think the "recipe" I use would be too flavor specific too--it's a lot like manwich sauce, but homemade. |

They all look great. I might go a bit easier on the onions than some of the recipes call for. If everyone does that, they could be some VERY oniony maid-rites.
