By October of 2016, if the trends of the past two years continue, the official U3 unemployment rate will be less than 1% despite the lowest ratio of workers to dependents at any time in American history.

By October of 2016, even if not a single job is added to the US economy, the official U3 unemployment rate will be less than 1%.
