I had a stir fry with cabbage and carrots at the sushi place and I loved it but I didn't recognise the oil. Help!

Stir-fried Cabbage is the best. My mom use to make that when she was around. All us kids loved it and still eat it today. I like it with chili-pepper in it to spice it up along with chopped up shrimp, beef, or sometimes pork.

if sesame doesn't quite taste like what you had, look for cottonseed oil. that's another commonly used wok oil.
